Onboarding Overview

When you create a new organization in SenseiiWyze, you'll go through a simple 3-step onboarding process. This guide walks you through each step.

The 3 Steps

1. Organization Setup - Enter your company details
2. Payment & Plan Selection - Choose your subscription
3. Team Import - Add your team members

Before You Begin

Have the following ready:

• Your organization name and size
• Payment method (credit card) or activation code
• List of team members to invite (optional - you can add later)
• CSV or Excel file for bulk import (optional)

How Long Does Onboarding Take?

Most organizations complete onboarding in 5-10 minutes. If you're importing users via CSV or Excel, add a few extra minutes for the import process.

Can I Skip Steps?

• Step 1 (Organization): Required
• Step 2 (Payment): Required (unless using an activation code)
• Step 3 (User Import): Optional - you can skip and add users later

After Onboarding

Once complete, you'll have access to:

• Your organization dashboard
• User management tools
• Team analytics
• All platform features based on your plan

Need to Make Changes Later?

Everything configured during onboarding can be changed later:

• Organization details: Settings > Organization
• Subscription plan: Settings > Billing
• Add more users: Users > Invite Members

Troubleshooting

• Payment failed? Check your card details and try again, or use an activation code
• CSV import not working? See Import Errors
• Stuck on a step? Refresh the page or contact support
