Activation Codes
Activation codes provide an alternative to credit card payment for SenseiiWyze subscriptions. They're commonly used by enterprise organizations with procurement processes.
What is an Activation Code?
An activation code is a unique alphanumeric code that:
- Activates a specific subscription plan
- Includes a set number of user seats
- Has a defined validity period
- Bypasses the credit card payment process
Example format: WYZE-ABCD-1234-EFGH
How to Get an Activation Code
Activation codes are typically obtained through:
- Enterprise sales - Contact sales@senseiiwyze.com
- Procurement processes - Your company's purchasing department
- Partner programs - Through authorized SenseiiWyze partners
- Promotional offers - Special campaigns or events
Using an Activation Code
During onboarding:
- Complete Step 1 (Organization Details)
- In Step 2 (Payment), click Have an activation code?
- Enter your code exactly as provided
- Click Activate
- Your plan will be activated instantly
After onboarding:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Enter Activation Code
- Enter your code
- Click Activate
What's Included in an Activation Code
Each code includes:

Managing Code-Based Subscriptions
With an activation code subscription:
- No billing tab: You won't see the billing management section
- Check status: View your subscription status in Settings
- Renewal: Contact your administrator or sales for renewal codes
- Seat changes: Contact sales to modify your seat count
Troubleshooting
"Invalid activation code"
- Check for typos - codes are case-sensitive
- Verify the code hasn't expired
- Ensure the code hasn't already been used
- Contact the code provider for verification
"Code already used" Each activation code can only be used once. If you received a pre-used code, contact the provider for a new one.
"Code expired" Activation codes have expiration dates. Request a new code from your provider.
Renewing Your Subscription
When your activation period ends:
- Contact your account manager or sales team
- Request a renewal activation code
- Enter the new code before your current period expires
- Your subscription continues seamlessly
Important: Set a reminder before your activation period ends to ensure uninterrupted service.
