Choosing the Right Plan
Choose Starter if:

Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Note: Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the current billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
Before downgrading, ensure:
- Your user count fits the new plan
- You won't lose needed features
- Data export has been completed if needed
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- Review the impact summary
- Confirm the downgrade
Note: Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
